Case study · Home décor brand · EU

$14K in ad spend. $81K in sales.

One campaign at 5.78 ROAS, built on one research-backed script.

01Problem

Pretty is not a reason to buy.

Home décor is easy to make look good. The ads had to give people an actual reason to buy.

02Insight

The reason to buy comes from buyers.

I don't start from the product page. I start from what buyers say about the product in their own words, and build the ad around that.

03Approach

Research first, then one script.

It's how I start on every account.

  1. Research. I read reviews and comments to find why people really buy.
  2. Angles. I turn those reasons into ad angles.
  3. Script and brief. I write the ad and a brief the team can make.

Here, one research-backed script carried the campaign.

Three of the ads

Ads I wrote for this brand. Each one opens on a problem with the room, not on the art. The first seconds of each ad play here.

“Spent $$$, still feels like a waiting room”Tests the problem angle: a room that looks finished but feels empty.
“POV: not mass-produced”Tests the difference angle: art nobody else on the street has.
“Where to find wall art that's not basic?”Tests a reply-to-comment format: answering a real buyer question.
04Outcome

$81K in sales from $14K, on one campaign.

The campaign spent about $14K and brought about $81K in sales: 1,259 purchases at a 5.78 ROAS. That is one campaign row, not the account average.

Ads Manager table. Highlighted row: €12,471.11 spent, €72,078.35 purchase value, 5.78 purchase ROAS, 1,259 purchases, €9.91 cost per purchase.
Ads Manager · home décor brand · highlighted: €12,471 spend, €72,078 in sales (about $14K and $81K), 5.78 ROAS

The account ran in euros. Converted to US dollars at 1.12 (ECB, Oct 2026). Straight from the client's Ads Manager. I added my watermark so it can't be reused.
