What this site does not do
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad tags.
- The site sets no cookies of its own.
What your browser stores
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in localStorage. On the research sample pages it also remembers your language choice. This stays on your device and is never sent to me. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Like any website, the server that delivers these pages sees technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is needed to show you the site.
Services this site uses
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). The fonts load from Google's servers, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
- Contact form (the "See if you qualify" form on apply.html). The answers you enter, your name, website, email and optional WhatsApp number are passed through a small function on Cloudflare and sent to me as a WhatsApp message (via CallMeBot) and by email (via Web3Forms). I use them only to reply to you.
- TidyCal (booking). Used only when I send you a link to book a call. TidyCal handles the name, email and answers you enter, loads Google reCAPTCHA, and sends the calendar invite.
- WhatsApp (messages). If you message me on WhatsApp, Meta processes that chat under its own terms.
- Stripe (payments, buy.stripe.com). If you pay for a call, trial or audit, Stripe handles your card details. I never see your full card number.
- MailerLite (newsletter). If you sign up for the free playbooks, MailerLite stores your email address. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Each service has its own privacy policy. Some of them are based outside the EU, mainly in the US.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to Upwork, Reddit or YouTube. Nothing from those sites loads until you click the link.
Why I may use your data
- To book and run a call, or to deliver what you paid for (a contract with you).
- To send the newsletter you asked for (your consent, which you can take back any time).
- To run the site safely, and for fonts and server logs (legitimate interest).
How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it for the reason above, or as long as tax and accounting law requires for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit how it's used, take a copy with you, or object. You can also complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact me through the booking page.
