Research first, then 20 or 40 ad ideas a month your team can make. I write the scripts and make the static ads, your editor makes the videos. For brands spending $15k+ a month on Meta.

I write the ideas, scripts and static ads. Your team films, edits and runs them. Not sure? 6 quick questions →
Nielsen measured nearly 500 consumer-goods campaigns: the ad itself drove 47% of the sales lift, more than reach, targeting or timing. Source, 2017 ↗
Week 0
We pick a plan and write down your bar to beat: how your recent new ads did. Then you send reviews, view access and an intro to your editor.
Week 1
I read your reviews, comments and your competitors' live ads, and score every reason to buy. New versions of your best ads ship this week.
Real script inside▶ Open a real script
Week 2 to 3
Research takes 7 to 10 workdays. You green-light it, then get the first sprint: one reason, one idea, one test per brief.
Week 4+
Winners get new versions, the rest get dropped. A call every week or every 2 weeks, depending on your plan.
Two real research passes on brands that were never my clients. Same method I use on yours.
590 customer comments against 201 of their 915 live ads. 12 angles scored, the 3 to lead with. Never my client.

Same method, native German, with an English version. 667 comments against 250 live ads. Never my client.
Auf Deutsch → In English →“…AG1 is just a monthly 80$ bill.”
r/Biohackers, 140 upvotes. Price comes up in 71 buyer comments.
Is it worth the money?
0 of 201 ads mention price. Nobody answers it.
The Monthly Bill
45/50, the top of 12 angles scored.
“I love the all in one convenience of AG1 but I hate the price point.” Fair. Here is what it costs per morning.
Say the price before the viewer does, then show what it costs per morning.
3 to 5 opening lines and a full script: what is said, shown and cut.
One batch, one question, spend agreed upfront.
I write down what we learned, then make more of what works.

Core and Scale are a flat monthly fee. Optional bonus: 2 to 5% of the spend on my ads, only when they beat your own bar. Never a % of your total ad spend. See how → Research is included in your first month (worth $1,300). Minimum is the research plus one month of ideas. After that, leave any time with 14 days notice.
What is one idea? An angle from your customers, a script your editor can cut, and the reason it should win. See one real idea, full screen ⤢
No 6-month minimum. No poster that says 10x.
The bar is how your new ads from the last 30 days did. Beat it, and I get a small share of the spend on my ads. Miss it, and I get nothing extra.
Example: my ads spend $8,000 in a month and beat your old ROAS by 0.20. My bonus is 3%, so $240.
| How my ads did, together | My bonus |
|---|---|
| Below the bar | 0% |
| As good as the bar | 2% |
| A bit better (+0.20) | 3% |
| Better (+0.40) | 4% |
| Much better (+0.60 or more) | 5%, never more |
Core fits you.
See if you qualify →How it works: your test budget (15 to 25% of spend) ÷ (CPA × 25). About 25 purchases per idea is what you need before a result means something.

The two rows marked in my column are where an agency or a hire does more than I do.

9 years in marketing, the last 3 as a creative strategist for DTC brands on Meta. No juniors, no account managers. I research and write in English and native German.
I never studied marketing. At 15 we had to leave Czechia, and in Vienna I learned people like a school subject, because I had to. Now I do it for your customers: their words, their reasons to buy. The full story is pinned on my X →
No. The people who can also have a 6-month contract. What I can promise: every idea comes from something your customers said, and you see the reason behind each one before it runs.
Try me first: a $150 call, a $400 trial or the $997 audit. Each comes off your first month. You can also read the research sample and my Upwork reviews.
No. Flat monthly fee. Optional bonus: 2 to 5% of the spend on my ads, only when they beat your own bar. Never a % of your total ad spend.
I do. I do the research and write every idea myself.
I use AI for speed, for example to sort reviews and comments. The research and the judgment are mine: I read what real customers say, pick the angles and check every line before you see it.
One brief: 3 to 5 opening lines, the script and the call to action. A new angle, a new script or a new format is a new idea.
I write the scripts and make the static ads. I don't make videos, AI or filmed. Your editor makes them from my scripts and I give notes on each cut, 2 rounds per batch.
Look at where people drop off. If they scroll past the ad, the ad is the problem. If they click but don't buy, look at the page and the offer first. I check this before I write anything, so new ideas don't get blamed for a page problem.
2 rounds per idea, each done within 2 workdays. Changing the angle, the audience or the main message counts as a new idea.
Before each batch goes live we agree how much to spend and how many days to wait. Then we judge it, not before.
One shared creative roadmap sheet with every idea, test and result, and a Drive folder with every brief.
Within 24 hours on workdays.
You can move up a plan any month. There is no pause. To stop, give 14 days notice.
Within 5 workdays after each month ends, you send a screenshot of the spend and ROAS of my ads, all together. The bonus goes on its own invoice.
You talk to me, not a sales rep. I reply within 24 hours on workdays.
